What was the Challenge?
Lutron was looking for a way to increase their audience engagement and sales, as well as showcase their newest products. With their five principles being: Take care of the customer, take care of the company, take care of the people, innovate with high quality goods, and deliver value to the customer, Lutron wanted an event that offered help for their clients.
The AMP Solution?
Create the Radio RA2 Training Classes as a way for Lutron to further reach their audience while pushing sales forward!
How did we get Here?
- An email marketing campaign was established where announcements for classes would be made. Email content would include updates, class times, study guides, and even tests for clients to review.
- The emails were also analyzed to increase audience interaction with Lutron, utilizing the Hubspot software for CRM Management. This was looked over for every email sent throughout the campaign.
- Graphic design was used with flyers that were shared amongst Lutron employees, banners to create a striking image for email marketing, and social media that could be shared throughout different platforms.
- During COVID virtual training were organized
The Result?
Lutron received positive feedback from clients who have taken the class, and to this day, the campaign is ongoing.
